Lauren Hummel is an emerging writer with an undergraduate degree in journalism from the University of Toronto. She recently completed the Creative Writing program at Humber College, working alongside Giles Blunt in writing a first draft of her small-town crime novel. She recently earned a Masters in Creative and Critical Writing at the University of Gloucestershire in September 2018. She loves to run 5ks, kickboxes when she isn’t running, and is always planning a trip to Europe. She lives in Toronto, Canada.
